Circuit city — short-circuit customers rip-off

Please be aware of the flawed advertisement practices of Circuit City Stores. I went to purchase a cordless phone on sale at one of Circuit City Stores. It was not available so they billed me and told they would notify me. They never did.

On asking several weeks later, the staff was very rude including the manager and said it was not available and to wait further for weeks. Eventually they said it was not available but NEVER refunded my money.

I complained to management but no one took action. It has been over a year and I have still not been refunded my money on top of being treated rudely. This is on a product they advertised but was not available. As a result, I have not purchased any item from this chain and have advised all like-minded people to do the same. This is the only way to show big corporations that they can't bully us.
