Moving Damage.insurance claim approved, but ignored. Promise of payment has been nothing but excuses. Not a "Man of his word"

Geometric Moving & Storage has performed horribly during a local move. Damage to our new house, and furnishings due to carelessness and rushing the job. An insurance claim was filed, and approved.

Numerous promises have been made about sending us a check from the insurance claim. We have an email record of the promises. It's been 8 months, and we have nothing. They have referred to "tracking numbers, wrong addresses, etc... Complete fabricated BS and lies.

Bottom line: They think they can "blow us off" by stalling and now not responding to emails or phone calls. The evidence thus far is that they simply don't intend to pay or "make good".

Owner Ronald Adamowicz has not been a "man of his word". Hasn't heeded an inquiry by the BBB, either.

From a standpoint of business ethics, this is the WORST contractor we've ever hired.
