I purchased a 3 stone diamond ring for my now fiancee. I purchased it at 1499.99 at a local JB Robinson Jewelry store. I had it appraised by an independent jeweler and the result was $849.00. They lied and told me the diamonds were at least a VS2 clarity and color was at least an H.in reality the stones are I1 and I2 clarity and color is a J and K. I have written their customer service to try and get this resolved. If nothing happens, I am going to their headquarters and writing the CEO of the company. No company should get away with this!
