RIPOFF ARTISTS - dress and shoes

For about 15 years, I regularly bought clothing from Chadwicks. I always got many compliments on my outfits and was pleased with the company. However, in July I ordered three dresses for an upcoming wedding, knowing that I'd return two (time was of the essence). I returned the two I didn't need and the shoes (that were much higher than advertised) within the 60-day return period. I have been waiting ever since to see the $94.97 credit (less shipping and handling) on my credit card statement. I was able to contact them once by phone and they said they had just undergone a major system upgrade and that I'd see the credit within 7 to 10 days. That was in November (it is now January). When I try to call, I get a fast-busy signal. It's as if they can still accept orders (online only, I'm assuming) and they're still able to bombard me with constant emails, but contacting an actual person is an impossibility. They have gone from a respected company with which I enjoyed doing business, to a common low-life ripoff artist. I intend to NEVER shop at Chadwicks again. Be warned... I suggest you try another company before you risk doing business with Chadwicks.
