Bonifide Puppy Mill with maulings and neglect someone please help

I am hoping someone can help. I visited this puppy mill to get a dog was unaware how bad the conditions were. There were puppys and dogs whos feet have never touched the ground in overcroweded kennells stacked on top of each other. Outside there are hundreds of dogs unsheltered and I saw three dead dogs which had been mauled I was discouraged to not go back there but snuck back there. There was an employee who looked like she was working her self to death trying to keep up with all these animals. Please someone I have tried looking up numbers for georgia animal abuse each time I try to connect their are no online places only phone numbers and I can't get through. If there is an animal advocate out there that can help these poor animals from suffering anymore pls pls find some compassion and help as I continue to try to draw attention to this facility. It is so extrememly sad.
