Rick, James Took our Money but Never Supplied the Goods

This is apparently a bogus company. Ordered some favors from them in early June. They tell you your order will be shipped in 7-10 days. They have an "800" number which no one ever answers. They aso have a "Live Chat" that doesn't work. They ask you if you want them to call you immediately or within 10 min., 30 minutes, etc etc. But they never call back.

They seemed to have no trouble taking our money. I receved sporatic emails from a "James" and a "Rick" promising delivery dates and that they would help, but so far nothing.

I have never dealt with a company that had so many ways to communicate and yet none of them works. Very strange.

I would advise anyone thinking of ordering from this so called company to refrain. They are either a fraudalent company or one that is too small to deal with internet orders. What a bad experience we had!
