Kodak Picture Maker Kiosk - Kodak & Wal-mart overcharge for 4x6 pictures by more tripling the price

On 9/23 went into Walmart store 1855 to print 6 4x6 pictures from the Kodak Picturemaker Kiosk.
The 6 prints were printed on 2 sheets of 8x10 paper and not 6 individual 4x6 paper. At the counter I was charged for 2 8x10 and NOT my 6 4x6 pictures.

Cost of 1 4x6 print is 27 cents. My 6 pictures should cost me $1.62 (1 dollar& sixty two cents).
Cost of 8x10 is $4.74 cents and 2 8x10 cost $9.48.

Walmart charged me for 2 8x10 at a cost of $9.48 cents.
By charging me for 2 8x10 and not my 6 4x6 prints I was ripped of $7.86 cents.

When asked why am I paying for 8x10 and not 4x6 I was told Kodak is OUT of 4x6 paper.

I then went to another Walmart and sure enough there is no 4x6 paper but I was encouraged to print on 8x10.

I then went to a Target store and again, Kodak was out of 4x6 paper and again I was encouraged to use the 8x10 which happens to be $4.99 per sheet.

I wanted 6 4x6 for $1.62 and got 2 8x10 for $9.48. I had to go home and cut out the 3 4x6 from each sheet.
This is just crude robbery.
