BeamaLife hiring practices are ridiculous. Neil J asks all kinds of questions, none of which have to do with the job available. Then, when you don't fawn all over him, he says, "We hire the top people and I'm not hearing it." Are you kidding me? Apparently, I dodged a bullet. This is another scam organization trying to prey on people that have been hit hard by the economy. I have over 30 years corporate sales and marketing experience and have had a very successful career. It was clear to me that he was trying to knock me down to see how desperate I might be. Stay away from BeamaLife. And if Neil tells you that you don't have the right stuff, consider it a compliment!
