Quoted $19 for service charge, unlock fee wouldn't be more than $35. When the guy showed up, he tried to charge me $119 for the entire service

My keys were accidentally locked in the trunk when I carried some things out. My car was already locked, and before I realized I had dropped the keys in the trunk, I closed the lid. I called this service, and the lady said it would be $19 to come out, and since it was an auto unlock service, it would cost me $35. I told her that $35 was okay, but if it was going to be more NOT to send anyone since I was next to a Honda dealership, and I could get a dummy key made for $35. The locksmith calls, says he's on the way, at which point I ask him about fees. He said he would have to see it to give me an estimate (see it? I told the lady on the phone the vehicle I had. Wouldn't they know how much it should be?)

They guy shows up (more than the 20 minutes it says on their site, btw), and he has a receipt book in his hand. The first thing I ask him is the cost, and of course, right there, he shows me the receipt book and says he charges $19 service and $100 for the unlock. He then proceeds to show me the copies of receipts where other people have paid (funny though, don't THEY get the white copy? All of the receipts were still attached to the book). I told him what I told the lady on the phone about those 'fees', and that his services are no longer required. I just didn't want anyone else to be stranded and call this company just to be way overcharged. Also, the address on their website is for a 7-Eleven gas station.
