Sent me wrong part

I requested vacuum component from Vacuum Parts Warehouse.com for my grandmother. They sent me wrong product. I named them to describe the problem however they informed they are able to do-nothing which is my problem, not theirs. I told I will deliver it back and that I need a return. They obtained the component and not deliver a return.
