PO Box 61359 took money and delivered nothing

Ought a new samsung android. Phone is filled with non-deletable trash. I was told that only way i could erase the mess was to unlock the phone that i had bought for full price. Unlock Freedom promised to do that. I sent them my money and never received any unlock code from them. I have written them numerous times where they demanded information which I supplied. Months later I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They have never replied to them eithe
