In receivership - money likely gone

Sorry, Steve, I've been in contact with the Receiver in the FTC case against these characters. He tells me that there is almost no chance that there is any money to recoup. Apparently when one scam played out they put the money in the next scam until finally, they couldn't deliver these Kiosks under IMG and that put them out of business. I was involved in PPS and, quite frankly, my group was ready to do someting with them in January, '04, until "pastor" Richard Alan began calling and emailing everyone with his "lets build the wall together (Nehemiah)" speech. I hold him singularly responsible for the Platinum Plus Savings distributors hanging on to the point that they lost all their money. Maybe we should file a lawsuit against him personally since he probably made off with what money was left.
