Leased a copier for 60 months, paid over $11,000.00. Called CIT a month before the end of the lease to discuss buyout options, was told I still had additional 7 months. At the end of 7 months was told the lease ended 6 months ago and they had automatically converted to a month to month payment.

Now they are asking us to pay an additional $1900 less property taxes to purchase the equipment or pay $1500.00, restocking fees to return it. The Copier had been discontinued, no longer in the market and a similar copier sells for about $1800.00.
