Incompetent, Rude, Refusal to help. They want money even if you don't owe it!

The manager of a salon where I worked attempted to collect more than what was due when several stylists' leases were up. The business was losing money, so the manager tried to save face (being a major reason we all left) and collect some extra cash for the business (or herself, not sure there.)

When some of us didn't pay what we didn't owe, the balance was sent to Quantum Collections. I received a notice in the mail and advised to dispute it within 30 days in writing. I did so, of course. Three years later, I have not heard anything, but ran my credit report and found the balance on there! I called Quantum Collections, as the salon is now out of business. I spoke to two incredibly rude individuals who used harsh language, "Just pay the damn bill to make it go away." One of them kept talking over me while I tried to explain the situation. There is no way he heard anything I said.

If you hire this company to recover your funds, shame on you! If this company calls you to collect, make sure you boycott the company who hired them.

These individuals are horrible people. I would rather spend the extra money for the lawyer rather than support their pathetic lives.
