National Security Associates I want my money back!

Hi i was scammed by a mr. Williams, he took my money $300 and his office is now empty. I keep calling him and he says "sorry, we are searching for a new office and when i find a new location i will call you back" such bullshit and i dont know what to do now, i keep searching information and so far i have 2 pages but if i do a police report its gonna take forever... If anyone has any additional info please comment, we need to stop them from scamming other ppl.
