False advertising, takes your payment then cancels order, no product sent

I went to freestyleshop.com to order shoes for my kids for school. I ordered 2 different pairs of Osiris sneakers. They were advertised at $19.99 each. I paid for both pairs plus almost $17 shipping. They processed my payment then cancelled my order saying THEY listed the wrong price and if i wanted to fulfill my order to pay them the extra $22 per pair of shoes I wanted. I am not willing to do that because it was their mess up not mine. Although they cancelled my order they still had already processed payment or $56.55.
