Melvin Farr - Ripped me out of $600 for a CPN that was supposed to come with 15k in funding plus $1500 credit card. Has refused to refund any portion of it. Gave this guy ample amount of time to refund and now I have not only filed this report, but report with FBI and local authorities. Don't trust this guy.
