Refuse to Pay Employee Tampa

I have been scammed by this company. I've only work there a few weeks and have noticed they target the elderly. They have a set age group 55-78... At 1st I didn't realize that their dialer system was making calls out of the phone book. After calling the same people over and over again it was clear I was making telemarketing calls to random people
out of the telephone book. Their system would call people the very next day when the call was marked as "NOT INTERESTED" this is a form of harassment. I was let go because I couldn't keep people on the line long enough to set an appointment for a Tech to visit their home. I spent most day being hung up on by people tried of telling SEAL-RITE
they are not interested. I have called them three times about my final paycheck, I have been told twice it was mailed. However, it only takes 1 day for mail to travel in the city of Tampa.
