Resort Solution Trust
David Houston This is a scam. What they say and what they do not same. Very Disleading

Shops, Products, Services

I was called by David Houston of Resort Trust, saying he had a buyer for my time share if I was interested in selling. I told him I was, but what was the catch. No catch he replied I have a buyer who is wanting my Time Share in Hilton Head Island and if for any reason they backed out I would get a full refund, which was I had to sign a advertising contract and charge ed $2500 to proceed.

I asked again if he had a ready buyer and when would it close, and for any reason they backed out I would get a full refund. He stated 4-6 weeks and his buyers were ready to sign a contract.

I fell for it. This staeted in April and after weeks went back I was told the company denied my refund with no explantion.

I was mislead. I would never give $2500 to a company to try snd sell my time share.

I am 57 years old and should know better. It was presented as can't lose situation.
