Caution! Use another agency unless you want to waste money and be told what to write in your review!

Initially I couldn't find any negative reports for this agency. So, I got scammed!

Firstly, there is no office! Even if it is in home setting. There should be. With tearsheets on the walls of their models, taken out of magazines. It should have a more office-like feel, not just a table in a room against a wall with a computer showing the website. Sure, there is a certificate on the wall stating it is a bonded agency. Question here is, how hard is it to get one of those certificates and what exactly does that mean to you? I am aware that a lot of agencies do all their work online now but still, there should be an office! Not a house with no evidence of their work other than what shows on the computer on the table. Where are the old folders housing all the tearsheets and model's stats? There is nothing, nothing, nothing! Also, there is no ringing phone... Nobody calling to do business.in a busy agency, shouldn't that phone ring at least once during the hour (or however long) you are there? Or not even a busy one for that.

Sure, some agencies use inhouse photographers but... It should be of benefit to you, offering you cheaper rates than you could get anywhere else. Not more expensive at over $1000.00 for the portfolio.

Then, you are asked to give a review. You are pressurized to say the least into giving a glowing report on the company. Mr Sunshine himself will read you review and if he doesn't like what he reads, he will make you change. It. I say 'make' because you have just shelled out over $1000.00 and you feel that if you do not write the report the way he wants it, then you will not be contacted and no work will be comming your way. Stupidly, I changed my report and no work came my way anyway!

In my opinion, this agency is all about taking your money and not lifting a finger to get you any work. Run away from them as hard and fast as you can. Do not use them. I am glad to finally be able to find true reports on Sunshine Productions Modeling Agency / sunshineproductionsonline.com
