Judge Stephen Kupiszewski

Judge Stephen Kupiszewski is a disaster for families and complete rip-off for the state of Arizona. If you have a case before him or are coming before him, simply roll the dice because an established history of ignoring evidence and abusing judicial discretion to a degree that seems unfathomable. I have a case going to appeal because he ignored simply things like pre-trial statements and not allowing witnesses to testify on a whim that should have been allowed to.

He ignored clear and simple Arizona Revised Statues i.E. The law in refusing to award marital property, and has no clear analytic ability in finding details or utilizing them in a manner that allows fairness and proper judicial observation. I dare say he is incompetent and does not deserve to be on the bench.

Perhaps this is why he is currently listed as a "floater"... He can`t stay in a position long enough to be competent. As a result of his decision, what should have been a very equitable ruling and ongoing peace turned into a one-sided decision that will drag the case on at least another two years.

Again, be very careful and do your research on this guy because he`s no Judge, but rather an administrator who punches tickets based on bias and abuse of his position.
