Moving ripoff

When i turn 18 i wanted to move to FL to live with someone for a while and i found galore on the internet. They seemed like a good company so i called them up and i had them move my stuff. Well the stuff i wanted to move was my mother's and grandmothers famliy stuff. Well my mom and gradma are both dead and this is all i have left from them. My father hates my guts and wont help me with this matter but basicly galore has my stuff and wont return my calls or e-mails and im leaving for the army in like three weeks and i dont know what to do i really need my stuff.
