We made a really bad choice in buying their mattress. It was only two years after we owned the first one that the indents started. They gave use credit towards a new one and we found none in that price range (we had to spend more money), that was 2007 to 2009. Now the second one has the same problem and it is a pillow top. The tech ran a string over the mattress and measured it with a small piece of plastic (NO WEIGHT), he refused to check the bed by sitting or lying on it to feel the indents that you can only sleep in one spot.in my opinion you cannot measure a pillow top with no weight unless you remove the top. This is the first post and the last Sealy. This company is the worst do not buy their products.
