DJ Rip Offs, Inflate Prices, RUDE, RUDE AND RUDE!

My experiences with DJ - the salon owner - were TERRIBLE. I have NEVER - in my entire life - worked with such an unprofessional person. Because this salon is close to my home, I really wanted to settle into it. However, each time I was there DJ - the co-owner - had bona fide heated arguments with customers. She manipulated her prices (note that she does not display service chargers on a menu, brochure, etc.), and then when the customers complained about these wavering prices she got irritated and defensive and did nothing to remedy the situations.

What happened next that scared me off? She died my blonde hair almost BLACK - yes, BLACK. Id asked to have it one shade darker - a light brown. Everyone I know was horrified, and when I asked what she could do to minimize the impact she charged me FULL price for the fix, and defended her actions stating that SHE thought Id be better off with the darker color.
