Yet another victim of LeaseComm! Rip-off

Yes, I too have been severely ripped of by LeaseComm. My contact reference was National Card Systems and I was told by them that I could get out of my credit card machine lease if needed. After about 8 months my Internet business failed like many others and when I contacted National Card Systems I was told that I would have to contact LeaseComm.

After contacting LeaseComm I was told sure, I could get out by simply paying them several thousand dollars, I figured about ten times the value of my credit card machine.

After telling them I could not afford that and that my business was no longer open, there was no need in me having to keep my machine.

I was told too bad, if I did not pay, they would turn me over to the credit bureaus, and then would sue me. I have been paying monthly and it has been a very big strain on me, especially since they keep tacking on these extra fees, usually between $10-$20 extra each month.

They call them fee for collection contact, statement billing charge, enormous late fees ($12.58 on a $59.00 payment), and whatever else they can think of.

This is the biggest rip-off company I have ever had to deal with. If you want to see just how many complaints there are against this company, simply type in their name on any search engine on the Internet and get prepared to get bombarded.
