Good old customer service - just phone service

You can call and call and call and no one comes to the phone. It is a shame they say (how can they provide you with the best customer service and then they don't answer the phone) pretty poor service if you ask me. And the commerical help me is a joke, no one will answer the phone so how can they help you, help you!!!
