Is incompetent, dishonest, fraudulent and possibly involved in racketeering. Rip-off!

Scheduled pickup of my household goods Aug. 6. Driver and hired help arrived, and completed the task in an acceptable fashion. Wrapped the furniture well. Foreman did not speak or write english well though. Was told our goods would be delivered on Aug. 23. Nothing arrived, called and got the runaround by Adam and Ortel. Adam was extremely evasive, would not answer my questions, he referred me to Ely, who was the dispatcher. It was impossible to get ahold of Ely. Heard nothing for another week. I had no choice but to consider my stuff stolen, so I called my local Sherriff's office to take a report. Repeated calls to Ely and/or Adam went unanswered.

Got a call from the driver, Dan, the next day, said he would be at my place the next afternoon, he stopped on the highway and would not enter my street until he was paid in cash, or money order. I drove down to meet him, and the bill of lading had additional charges on it that were not agreed to when. I refused to pay, and then talked to Ely on Dan's cell phone. Got into a heated discussion about the whole deal, he agreed to settle for $624 less for the wrapping materials. I agreed due to the fact I had purchased several boxes from him. Dan started to unload our things, we we're missing MANY significant items.

Called LAPD. Got the runaround from them. I have tried to contact these idiots (Galore) ever since. No response. I have to assume our missing items are stolen, the same Modus operandi as others reporting in this site. I am now pursuing this matter through the Justice dept, the FBI, and various other agencies. They are incompetent crooks.
