Paid 199 dollars, send emails no one gets back to me. No support. Want my money back. No response

I was guaranteed referrals from Buyers or Homes in my area. I cannot get anyone to respond about using the web site that I am supposed to be on; the site where buyers and others can find me. I have asked for my money back and get know response because no one can call or email a response to mt isuues. So far, no referrals... I have been ripped-off.
