Unfairness, mistretament, deception

The experience i had this this company was terrible. This company came to the property I was working for and got the contract to provide the valet parking service there. They hired all the people that was already working there for a different company.

They told the employes that no new hiring papers will be needed, because they were going to use the documents on file from the other company. The district manager said to us that he will provide uniforms and someone will deliver the paychecks to property. Everything seemed OK.

Then the truth:
- Park 1 never provide complete uniforms, so each of the employes had to buy the extras using their own money (Pants, Belts, Jackets, Shirts).
- The paychecks stop coming and instead we had to go to the park1 office to get the them. Sometimes they even close the office earlier (friday) without notice and we had to wait for next week to get the paychecks.
- Never assigned a competent supervisor to check on the property and see if everything was OK.

When I voiced my discontent for all that was happening and pointed out the disorganization and lack of procedures at the work place they did not like it.

Instead they asked me to take the drug test (something the did not asked me when I was hired), Left me out of work for two days with no explanation whatsoever and when I went to the office to resign for this treatment they said i was being transferred with a pay cut and if I wanted an explanation I had to call the district manager Richard Maldonado.

Of course I resign immediately (I had my resignation letter ready) and regret working for this kind of people.
