First Global Billing

I too am a victim of First Global Billing. I am a Doctor who owns a private hospital in Mexico, several online and land based pharmacies in the US, UK, and Mexico.

I started to work with First Global Billing in at first all was good until the summer of 2011. When our contact David left the company for health reasons, my payments stopped.

I spoke with Michael and Joseph Carbonara numerous times and they convinced me to keep processing. They told me that my account was properly coded with Visa for online Pharmacy...

All a lie.

The accounts they were using were miscoded US based merchant accounts provided by First Data. This means that they lied to VISA and to me and conducted illegal practices. That being said I too lost over $70 000.00 USD.

I have been recently contacted by Visa and have given them a full summary of what happened and have been told that this so called "Payment Service Provider" is under investigation by Visa, MasterCard as well as US Authorities and Interpol.

The reason I am writing this report is because I am in New York today and had a meeting with the FBI in reference to this matter as they wanted to hold me liable for processing under a miscoded account.

Thank God I had full documentation to rebut any allegations against me, my practice, and my online business.

For merchants large and small beware of First Global Billing, I have seen with my own eyes (from VISA and the FBI) that they recieved all the payments for transactions I made via them, they lied, and stole and broke the law which endangered my firm and medical license.

Beware of them, they will tell you what you want to hear but they will rob you blind.
