Complaint - Poor Service

Poor customer service. We were looking at engagement rings, and Scott Breg the graduate gemologist "the one who has 28 years of industry related work experience" (which when asked a question - he threw it out there) was terribly rude!!! He was unfriendly and his look was judgmental.

What we planned to be our engagement ring shopping day turned out to be a miserable time!
