Ripoff fraudulent seller

This company accepts payments for goods purchased online but sends out faulty items. When a complaint is made, they suggest returning items for replacement/refund.

Once this is done, they never contact again, keeping the goods & money paid. I have found 2 other people tricked by this company. Any other victims of this company out there? Please let me know.
