Sherman Shultz, Incorporated Music Group AKA IMG Rip-off! Big Talker No Action, Run-around King, Refund Policy is a Joke! Scam!

This guy is a piece of work capitalizing on people's dreams and failing to do anything. It started when I found an ad in local newspaper advertising a record label opportunity (music). I called the 800 number and It stated they would build a recruiting website and from that website you would get artist for a fee and from those artists you could pick the talented ones and they could secure a record deal from those.

They claimed they did the entire advertising and search engine placement and handled all that included in the fee. First everything seemed fine the website was up in a week or so and after a while I asked about the advertising. They said it was in the process and would be completed soon. I then in the time being did some advertising of my own, top search engines and other music industry advertising.

Anyway what it all boils down to is I looked closely at the website it was a cookie cutter copy of another website and the payment links were directed to another site never got any advertising, even sent in artists demos that I know. He then insisted he had a deal in place but only after I asked for a refund. For months and months he kept insisting a deal was coming in two weeks or sixty days or thirty days or in forty-five days.

I then got fed up and insisted on a refund countless times. He originally stated in writing I could get a unconditional money back guarantee but now states I must wait until he sells this to someone else. This was also over a nine month period. Never saw a dime out of the website.
