On the web site it idnicates that customers with billing and shipping adresses will be contacted to confirm shipping adress. I was never contacted. 21 days ago they shipped to the billing address. Despite having received 24 emails indicating that the shipping adress was not used. I used their customer support site over 10 times too! I have no money back and no watches... Nothing...
