I have no idea how they got my information but this is fraud pure and simple

I tested my banking account and found an unauthorized ACH withdrawal for 37.95. I named my lender plus they delivered the cash; nevertheless, my lender mentioned that I have to shut my consideration simply because they won't return the money if it happens again. I've no idea how they got my info but this really is scam real and easy.
