Terrible movers, went illegally into acccount taking xtra 300 for tip. 200 given, not deserved

I had arrangement to move my furniture for specific amount. The company made error in addresses. Then they complained their were to many things to handle and it would cost far mote than agreed. We were backed up against a wall, so to speak, as st had a trickled of furniture to move. We were forced to pay almost double the amount. I argued that if they are going to charge that much o would like a discount since I was forced to leave pieces of furniture behind to lighten their complaints about too much furniture.

They refused. After a harrowing ten minute ride they unloaded and carried my furniture upstairs to new apt. I gave them 200 dollars as a tip, which I thought wad fair given that I left furniture behind and the driver was arrogant and obnoxious. Well I just found out they, the company without any authority went into my checking account and carved 300 dollars more, along with the original tip of 200. This seems to me illegal and certainly undeserved. I will Never recommend this moving company, nor in future would I ever think of using their services again.
