Called a few weeks back and put in a claim after two more calls. Nothing happened. Called again last week and explained that no one has called regarding my refrigerator repair claim. Representative said someone will call you tomorrow. Nothing. Now I try calling and no one is answering their phone; not even a voice mail. Who do I report this too; can anyone help?
