Steals deposits! A major rip off

First I send a payment in that after many prior payments this account number is transposed.

I recieve a diconnect number that says I can use my eight year-old deposit scheduled for my return as payment.

Wrong I can use it but I still owe a new deposit since I have been disconnected for transposed numbers.

They now have my first deposit for nothing and I owe them to opeen a new account.

Plus if I want to complain I have noone to compalin to or write Cox Cable says they donot recieve or have anyone for this except to take recieve orders or money. A major rip-off.
