Stay away from contractorleads.com and Steve Michaels. He is an internet crook just looking to steal from you. I worked with him and he kept on promising pay outs and that I would get paid for my services. Until today, I have not seen any money and it's been a year. As soon as he gets what he wants from you, he will start ignoring your calls.
