Over processed perm

Jne 20 Goleta Ca. Went for perm. I told BeeDee I wanted gray rods she used blue.
Then I said no, more than 5 mins on nuturizler she left it on 35 min or more. I hair is fried. Also I said to use #1 or $ perm. She used #2 that it not contain conditioner.

I have been a comstomer for some time but wsill not return. Top it off - she is the manger. Word does get around town.
