Issues about Dunkin D and it's employees - Employees

They hired more people but the service is still slow. Not being a racist but I have seen one black lady taking care of their relatives, giving out a box of donuts and drinks when the line is out until parking lot. No air rotating in the store. Employees and customers are sweating. Some employees are more excited counting tips than helping the co workers/customers. Please do something on these issues. Most people stop by at dunkin for a snack bcoz they only have few mins of their breaktime/rush hour. Please.
