TRUCKING COMPANY Delivered Cuban cigars to him and he disputed and has made no reply to contact for repayment in 1 month. Answer phone a denies it is him

Placed an order for Cuban cigars on Feb. 02 2012 and delivered LX19006488*CH. Disputed the charge fpr USD$226.80 with Visa and never contacted about a problem with order since. Actually e-mail when received and was extremely excited and happy and no complaints.

Have tried to contact since 1 month now with over 10 e-mails and no response. Called the number which is also listed for his trucking company IEXPRESS TRUCKING and denies that he is KRIST LOCI. Has someone else call in the US and he did answer phone that he was that person. Has caller ID and overseas call registers. He is a crook and other cigar vendors be warned! He owes me a total of USD$326.80 which i was penalized USD$100.00 for the chargeback fee.
