To Whom It May Concern,

I am very unhappy with the way I was treated recently at your Store: # 2205 (aramingo) location. When we go to a Pharmacy we are not usually well and could use more empathetic people. I went to return a medication that my boyfriend was advised to purchase. I had the flu with achy symptoms and a fever. She gave him a decongestant. I wanted something else. So upon returning the item myself, she was quite harsh and rash.

When I approached the counter there was a gentleman in front of me waiting for service. The woman who would later “help” me didn’t even look away from her computer screen from across the room to tell him someone was trying to process his information through his insurance. (Not very private, to yell this across the entire pharmacy). She waited 3 more minutes to tell me someone would be right with me, also NOT looking away from her screen and sounding like I was an inconvenience.

She came over an additional 4 minutes later and I told her I wanted to return the medication she recommended. She explained that this was what I should be taking. I repeated myself that I wanted to return it because it is not what I want. Although, I was clear she continued to explain what the medication does. She basically cited everything off of the box, which I read myself before going out in the cold with a fever.

I asked for a store credit and she gave me cash since it was purchased with a debit card. This is NOT what I asked for. Apparently CVS is not as great as the commercials make you out to be. I felt like I was in a free clinic and I had to wait my turn for poor service and lousy treatment. The woman who helped me was Jody. She was rude and her tone was nasty. I was clearly inconveniencing her by being a customer. Jody did NOT listen to anything I had to say and to frank; she was very sloppy to be working behind a pharmacy counter with sick people and medication. I am appalled this would be allowed anywhere.
