SAG/AFTRA ripoff They took $599 from my daughter, and performed no services

Motion Pictures Inc. Falsly represented themselves as being with SAG/AFTRA by displaying it on their contract. They took $599 from my daughter, and performed no services.

A refund was requested after SAG/AFTRA wrote them a "cease and desist" letter in which they reminded them and all their companies that they had first warned them in 1994.

Every effort was made to obtain a refund in a businesslike manner, but Motion Pictures Inc, Richard Shaw and Mimi (Mary) Hagen refused.

My daughter took them to court (they did not appear) and won a judgment against them.

In addition, this company operates out of an illegal location. They have been fined by the Anne Arundel County Zoning office for operating a business in a residential area, were told to vacate by the end of April (which they have not done) and have been sent to the Office of Law. They now use a post office box for all correspondence.
