Disrespectful on the phone after they made several mistakes

Shops, Products, Services

I purchesed a 55" Saber Lightbar in June. The light came missing several screws, so I called them, and they sent the other screws.in May of less than 1 year later, 1 of the LED modules burned out. I called, they advised to send the module back to the address on the invoice and they would replace it free of charge. Since I did not receive an invoice with the light, I got the return address from the UPS shipping label, and sent the module back to that address via the USPS. I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing in return, so I called the 1-877 phone number, and got no answer several times. I then called the the guy's cell phone number, as he had used his cell to contact me at the original purchase date to confirm the order, and he was nasty! He screamed at me while telling me "I specifically told you to send the lights back UPS with a tracking number, did I not???!!!" I advised him that no, he had not instructed me to send them back via UPS with a tracking number, that he had instructed me to the return them to address on the invoice, which I did not receive. He shouted over me, and said, "If you don't shut up, we aren't going to get anywhere, are we?!" I then advised him that I sent it back USPS, and he stated, "You didn't listen to me, I told you to send them back UPS because I don't deal with the post office!" I had tracked the package and found out it was infact delivered, and began to read the delivery confirmation number to him, then he hung up on me, and would not answer his phone when I would attempt to call back. So now, I have an empty spot in my lightbar, and he has 1 of my LED modules, worth $60.

Next, I waited several weeks to call back, and advised him that I would like to order the LED module. He advised me that they are $60 each, and I told him money did not matter, gave him the color, size, the lightbar that they need to fit, and confirmed my address. 3 days later, I received the module... The wrong color and no invoice! And to top it off, after he screamed at me about sending the module back to him through the post office, he sent the wrong module to me through the postal service! He knew what he was doing, because now I have to call him back to see which address he wants me to send it back to, and hope to get the right colored module back! So now, he has the original module, my credit card number, $60 plus shipping, and I still have an empty spot in my lightbar! Find somewhere else to purchase your lights or you will be sorry...
