Dog Breeder, Advertises ADBA Registered Pitbulls, Never Produces Reg, Makes Excuses

In November I purchased a pitbull puppy from Lisa Risse of Rio Linda. Her ad says ADBA registered, and she had me write down my address at her home. The papers never came, and with various contact attempts, excuses were made until February when she stopped responding altogether.in addition, I had to treat my pup for an upper respiratory infection within 24 hrs of bringing her home. My main intent here is to finally obtain the ADBA registration she swears up and down to have, or get the word out to others that this is a breeder using false advertising and potentially sending home unhealthy pups as well. I have paperwork to prove all of the above.
