BFS Empowerment Credit Services BFS Empowerment Credit Services Is A Total Scam. They Are Ripping People off. Warning: "don't be a victim"

I contacted helpmycreditnow.com in May also known by the names of BFS Credit Services or BFS Empowerment Credit Services located at 1416 Park Ave; Suite 201, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. They charged me $99.00 and told me it was a discounted special they were running only for one week, before going back to the original $250.00 fee. BSF promised to improve my credit score for a monthly fee of $50.00/month and every 45-60 days I would receive credit results and correspondence from all 3 major credit bureaus and I would begin to see negative things on my credit report drop off and in 6 months to 1 year depending on the severity of the negative things on my credit report my credit scores would improve.

Upon receipt of my first result from the three major credit bureaus, I was instructed to make a copy for my records an mail proof of my address by sending a copy of a billing statement, driver's license and social security card and mail the original documents into the office with office with the last four of my social at the top of the page. I even called them to make arrangements to change the monthly $50.00 fee because it was no longer affordable for me and they agreed to drop the monthly fee down to $25.00/month.

Well, it has now been a little over a year and I learned that nothing has changed and neither has my credit scores. I've recently tried on serval occasions to contact BFS Credit Services because I noticed they were no longer taking the $25.00 monthly fee out of my account for services, but I have yet to speak to anyone. The website www.helpmycreditnow.com redirects me to a list of links to click on regarding BFS Credit Services and the scam they are running.

I have learned that the new company, BFS Credit, now has signs all over Nashville. BFS Credit is based in Florida. Officials say it's not operating legally in Tennessee because it hasn't posted a required bond.
