Horrendous service paired with an uncaring attitude

If you are in need of a florist in Clinton New Jersey I recommend you steer clear of The Flower Basket. I ordered a gift thru them at 10:00 am and paid a hefty surcharge for it to be delivered the next day. Not only was it not delivered that day but when I called them to inquire about it, the owner screamed at me that she didn't turn it into FTD in time because she was busy with another customer and for me to just get over it. I felt an adjustment in the huge delivery charge should be made and when I received my statement, she actually tacked on over $6.00 more. When I called back to tell her that not only did I not get what I paid for but she charged me beyond what my receipt was the screaming started again. I am amazed that a person who owns a service business acts this way. Shame on her! Had she explained that time simply got away from her and refunded the additional fee for overnite I would have let it go. Buyer beware.
