Nike "Design Your Shoes" Service Does not work well

The Nike "Design Your Shoes" service is a complete train wreck. The site does not function properly and is continually down for maintenance. The eGift Card system is terrible and issued unusable cards.

It took weeks and several calls/chats to order sneakers for my 11 year old son's birthday. And the lead CSR, Russ, never even called me back.in the end the shoes were ordered, but they would not expedite the ground shipping. So the delivery will be too late for the gift giving.

The CSR's that I dealt with were polite and tried to be helpful. But with such a poorly functioning site, and such limited options for what they could do for me, it all fell flat.

Stay away.
