I bought a $97 tower warmer (14lbs) from web site DHGate. It was internally damaged. I wanted my money back. They told me, I have to send it back to China and pay myself the USPS fees, although that is not my fault and also the company which sold and sent me the merchandise is in Los Angeles. The USPS fee to China is almost $300 for 14 pounds. Be careful and never buy at DHgate.com, they want only cheat and steal your money.
